Paula has over 20 years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, and team leader, serving clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Paula knows what truly drives conversions - and it’s not the latest media fads. It’s the time-tested art and craft of connecting with the people you’re trying to reach and communicating your understanding and unique story back to them.

Paula holds a BS in Fine Arts from the University of Indianapolis—majoring in commercial art and graphic design with a minor in business.
